TESSERACT
The TESSERACT Perspective

In the age of agents, proof beats trust.

Here is a question that will decide a lot of enterprise AI programmes over the next few years, and almost nobody is ready for it: when an autonomous agent does something consequential, how do you prove what actually happened?

Today the honest answer, in most organisations, is “our system says so.” A log, a dashboard, an internal record. That is fine until the moment it matters, an audit, a regulator, a dispute, a board asking hard questions, and then it collapses, because a record produced by the same system under investigation is not evidence. It is an assertion. “Trust us, our tool flagged it” has never satisfied anyone whose job is to be sceptical, and it will satisfy them even less when the actor in question is software that acts on its own.

A record produced by the system under investigation is not evidence. It is an assertion.

As agents start touching money, customers, and regulated data, every meaningful action they take will need a record that someone who does not trust you can verify for themselves. That is a high bar, and it is the right one. It is the difference between telling a regulator what happened and being able to show them, in a way they can check without taking your word for anything.

We think this is one of the quiet dividing lines in the market. Plenty of tools will tell you what an agent did. Far fewer will let an outsider prove it independently. In regulated industries, that second property is not a nice-to-have; it is the thing that makes autonomous agents deployable at all.

The era of trust-me security is ending. The era of provable security is beginning, and agents are what force the change.

TESSERACT is a security and governance control plane for AI agents.

We discover every agent in the enterprise, govern what each is allowed to do, and prove every action. We are in private development with a small group of design partners.
